有买repossion房的经验的同学吗

我们这里这类房很少，短短２天时间已有十拨人去看了房子,我现在想出价，但是那个七天的public让我举棋不定。而且直到exchange contract，任何人愿出高价，bank会变卦。

有同学操作过这类事吗？请指教
