1)信feng shui
2)不喜unlucky number 4
3) Buying luxury goods to maintain guanxi (relations, friends and business associates, not to mention mistresses, hahaha)
4) Buying UK property:不买归不买，买就买彻底:
either buy castle, or buy charming mews house above the guide price, on the condition that the owner would leave all the trinkets, pictures, rugs, furniture and doilies and teaspoon collection.
