need help: how to plan a one day tour to brighton

what'd I prepare for the tour? is there a changing room near beachfront? how to get to the beach from brighton railway station and where's the best spot for a lazy 'naked pig' sunbathing?

my task is simple: get to the beach asap then rest my body under the sunlight for rest of the day:)

look for tips from every 'da xia'. many thanks in advance
