ISA年度限额存满，

use a self select on-line trading account,33-50%买稳定高分红股e.g., vod bp gsk dte fte etc., stop loss @ 10-20%, no single company/sector exceeding 5% of the portfolio. 50-66%买etf tracker e.g., isf (ftse100), iusa (sp500), ieem (msci emerging markets), stop loss 2-5% depending on how much is invested. you can also buy bond or gilt etfs if risk averse.

take earnings out only and leave the principal invested. since income and capital gains are tax free, you are saving your marginal tax rate for life.
