能非常有效地appeal to other people's emotions & sentiments。这是很多女性（包括我自己）喜欢你文章的原因。

然而你的敏感好胜often does you diservice，因为不同的声音很容易让你变得defensive，而偏离讨论本身的话题，变成个人的胜负之争。而此时的你，因为过于急于战胜对手，反复地运用emotionally charged language, 只会使情况越来越糟...

just my humble opinion - might be useful next time you are about to embark on an emotionally charged 'debate'...
