No matter how u get ur PR, u need wait at least 4 a year to appl

If u get ur PR by marriage, u have to stay in uk for 3 year and get PR for a year, then u can apply.

If u did not get ur PR by marriage, u have to stay in UK for 5 years and get PR for a year, then u can apply.
