物业费是maintenance fee/charge

Leasehold大部分是flats，几家共占那块地的空间，除非你把上下几套都买下来，Council/landlord 也愿意卖地, 没可能换freehold，有那钱，不如直接买freehold了。其实除了缺乏扩建自由和每月要交maintenance fee,没什么好顾虑的。 国内apartments不都是leasehold吗，土地归国家所有。
