现在mortgage booking fee都很高，2500英镑左右

6-7年前是几百英镑，3-4年轻是1000英镑，前不久找找re-mortgage deals，发现每来一次mortgage就都要交2500英镑的手续费，真TM的贵！

如果选两年的话，每个月需要多交100英镑交的是这个手续费。

如果不考虑别的因素只考虑每mortgage一次各种费用的话，这些费用包括booking fee, survey fee, solicitor fee等，每来一次mortgage选的越长越好，建议最少3年，我选5年。
