牛津的 Master 能抵美国的 Master 吗？

牛津有些 Programs 大约三年可完成，学校发 Bachelor Degree. 另一些Programs
需要四年完成，学校发 Master Degree. 有谁对英美两国体制都熟的，望赐教。

1。 四年的Programs， 牛津发 Master Degree之前，还会在第三年结束的时候，发
一个 Bachelor Degree 吗？

2。 牛津四年的Master Degree 拿到美国作公证，是相当于美国四年的Bachelor
Degree 还是相当于美国六年左右才能拿到的Master Degree (大学四年+两年左右硕
士)？
