Suggest all cssa give new comers High way knowledge.

A lot of students do not have local license and road, high way knowledge. If Cssa in all universities can give a brief to new comers. It may help. Also, university should have responsibilities for students safety and giving 'life in the UK' guidline. Very sad case.
