It is not easy to say, and really depends on ur experience, company situation and projet itself. In some companies including famous ones, even you work in a "single-man band", ur title can still be "project manager", but might only be paid by around 25k. meanwhile, you could lead a team involving several persons in some other companies, but still awarded with a title of (senior) engineer, however, you could have higher pay, like 40-50k. Check some chinese companies, like Huawei, how many project managers they have and how much they have been paide :-) I worked in a small company, and know a project manager with 15 years experience is paid more than 55k
