想买satellite receiver top box?

刚搬家,发现墙上有dish,有cable,打算买个top box,但不知该买哪个牌子,请推荐几个!
我在ebay上看到有人卖SKY Receiver Box,我有点迷惑,如果我没有sky card,即使买他的box,我也不能用呀???
哪位明白的,请指点一二,这里先谢谢了!!!
