I sent email to them and they said I need to send the proof to them. If you use cheque, you need to confirmed the money has been debited for your bank account. I remember that there were over 10,000 donations at that time showed in the embassy's website. (I am not sure, it is over one year) So it will be hard work if they need to sort out who is who.
