问个理财问题：有人用stocks and shares ISA 帐户买过自选的股票吗？

除了帐户的管理年费外，每次买卖要不要交手续费？

我看到Halifax的Self-select stocks and shares ISA说帐面资金要交20%的利息税，奇怪ISA是免税的帐户，怎么还交利息税呀？
