多谢各位热心人!

I had to go back to the Chinese takeaway again today, and this time they added insult to my injury--I asked if they could make something real Chinese, and they told me they only offer westernized Chinese food and asked me to "go back to your country to have Chinese food." I wanted to argue with them in Chinese, and they said, "we do not speak Chinese; we only speak Cantonese." When most so-called "lao yi min" started to speak Mandarinin in North America, those poor guys still seem pround of their being Cantonese!
I did find an ASK in the neighbourhood. The problem is I am seriously lactose intolerant, and simply cannot eat pizza or anything dairy.
Anyway, thank all of you for your kindness. Actually the cafeteria in the National Archives turns out to provide better foods than that available in the "Chinese" takeaway :)
