双重国籍，急！

我一个朋友，嫁给有英国国籍的老公后，先拿了永居，后拿了英国护照。4年前持贴有英国绿卡的中国护照回国至今。现在中国护照即将到期，英国护照上也没有中国签证，想回英国，怎样才能离开中国不被罚款？请知道的网友们支招。
