1/ basically if you don't agree on the package, you will be made redundant as the Company can say the job in Croydon does not exist any more.

2/ On top of what has been offered, maybe you can try Car allowance, if not possible, ask for the difference on travel cost, according to the law, you can claim the travel cost difference through the expenses system for 2 years.
