申请永居

我的朋友前几天5年工签申请永居， 是律师拿材料当天速递签的， 可是home office 说要查她在学生签证时的出勤率， 学校早就不再了， 要等3－6 周， 现在都4周过去了还是没信。 怎么办啊？ 她是护士
