怎么对付这样的房东

有一对中国房东，而且是2手的。因为跟他们处的不好，所以想离开。没想到他们说：让我滚，我当然就走了。但是他不给我押金。请问一下，如果能证明他说了，”让我滚“这句话，我是不是可以告他？
