This is the spreadsheet I have used when budgeting house purchase. You
will need to fill in all the coloured section. Some of them are
formulated hence no need to change, like the stamp duty.

it can be used to budget the "cold cash" needed when buying, calculate
the increase of monthly payment when interest rate rise. you can also
see the minimum price you have sell to break even.
