请问,找工作的时候他们打电话来为什么要问我最近有没有别的interview

我已经遇到几次了/

看了我网上递的CV后打电话来问一些问题,里面会问我have u had any interview so far?
他们问这个的用意是什么?回答有或没有会有什么影响呢??????????

请问有没有朋友知道呀?郁闷....好郁闷啊~~
