1. 本质上, Q1 的两个 options 是一样的. 区别在于你的 monthly payment different and then total payment years
different. There is no MAGIC!!! which one to choose
depends on how you want your money invested.
2. If after you financed with 30yr loans, you changed
your mind and want to go with 20 or 10 yrs, all you
need to do is figure out how much you should pay
(on the web) with 20yrs loans and pay that increased
amount yourself----you don't really need refinance
if interest rate is the same!
