Thanks again for your reply. That's what my original thinking as well but not sure why that contractor calculate the room size=200sqt. May be he is not trustable cause he was trying to give a bigger size to have more money to make:)( we are trying to ask him to install a wood floor for that room and he is calculating based on the sqt)
