Can you imagine 135 oil 2 years ago? Even a hard core peak oiler as I only predicted 100 oil by end of 2008. Do you know what $200 oil will imply? I'm not saying it's going to happen, but the possibility is there and is all over US military which I can't elabrote (don't ask me more on this unless you want to be called by ---).
