等了半天银行的经济来了。外面看着可以，不需要啥。里面。。。看上去少说三十年没换过啥了。

１４００尺，３Ｂ１。５ＢＡ的小房子。

 

需要的比我事先想象的多（哪个外地的傻瓜前几年花大价钱买的。。）

1.replace stolen cooper lines: 1 kitchen, 1 and 1/2 ba. 1k 
2.water heater probably frozen and bust. 400
3. replace all kitchen cabinet, counter top, sink and faucet 800
4. replace 1/2 ba toilet + sink 200
5. replace ba toilet, sink, tub and shower: 1k
6. drywall patch up, 300
7. paint interior. 1k
8. remove carpet, paint floor 200
9. tile kitchen and ba, 1/2 ba: 150

10. appliance: 500
11. blinds: 100
12. misc labor: 500.

total: about 6k. 

2 guys 2 weeks, immediate gain of equity 40% of total investment... 

That sounds good, but I am too lazy to work hard in this cold winter...
