新人请教 － 防霉公司报价

原来旧宅想变成出租房，两间浴室没有窗子，有少许霉在天花板和墙上。请了防霉公司的人来查，Master bathroom的地板下被他的仪器检测出很潮湿(因淋浴门下垂，打开时使门上的水滴到地板革上, 即使表面上是干的，但下面已经渗入)。天花板的出风口有生锈。 说两间浴室的天花板都要打掉, Master bathroom的地板也要打掉。不包恢复。报价$2400, 一半先付，一半做完付。一年Warranty。 大家帮着看看这个价钱合理吗？谢谢大家。
 
下面是报价细节。
 
On January 19th 2015 I inspected the master bathroom and hallway bathroom following visual mold signs and water damage.
 
• The project will require 3 days 
• Included:
  o Following scope of work 
  o Work completion report
• Excluded:
  o Additional work
  o Leak detection
  o Repair / reconstruction / replacement / reset
• There will be no access to the work areas during the remediation process
• The work area must be emptied of all occupants and contents-­‐ customer responsibility
• All work will be performed in accordance to institute of inspection, cleaning, and 
restoration, standard and reference guide for professional mold remediation (IICRC520)
• All work will be performed in accordance to OSHA and CAL/OSHA-­‐ Occupational Safety and Health
Administration 
• This proposal includes supplying all labor, material and equipment associated with the remediation of the following mold-­‐containing material
 
 
 
 
Master bathroom 
o The entire work area will be contained by 6-­‐mil containment barrier to assure that no debris or mold will cross-­‐contaminated in to the property
o HEPA air scrubber will be set to control a safe environment
o Remove and dispose mold affected drywall
o Remove and dispose shower box if needed 
o Remove and dispose linoleum floor 
o Mold affected wood structure will be sanded 
o All contaminated items will be placed in plastic bags and will be proper disposed
o All surfaces in the work area will be HEPA vacuumed to reduce the amount of mold and debris and to improve the air quality
o All surfaces will be damp wipe sanitized to reduce the amount of mold and improve the air quality
o Exposed structure will be encapsulate with a mold resistant coating-­‐ if needed 
o Dehumidifier will be used to dry the structure-­‐ if needed 
o Inspection of new expose structure
 
Hallway bathroom
