should I buy the condo? thanks!

one bedroom condo,
new construction
condo fee $140
condo cost $110,000
property tax about $3000
within walking distance to train station,

i am eligible to retire in one year, but most likely will have to work for medical insurance and for income as pension is very little. should I buy to live now and rent out after i retire? rent should be over 1000 thank you
