It is not university, but the state, who is responsible for the retirement benefit. With state finance in bad shape, all promised benefit is shrinking. So I am counting on my fishing and gardening skills for my retirement. Once I save enough for my son's college, I can survive on any type of job, such as flipping burger.:).
