HUD 上的property tax少收卖家了怎么？

今年年6月close一个房子。按13年Tax3300估算，对方把5个多月的Tax给我。结果今年丅ax涨到了3909。这样我就替seller交了3百多。closing Attorney说这是我的一种expense。
这钱还能要回来吗？
