I was trying to say that, the transfer tax was almost 1% of the total price. For example, if you are buying the house for 500k, then you have to pay 5k for the transfer tax, which by law is required to be paid by seller, not buyer-- we did not pay attention on this clause and signed the contract, did a lot of things until we figured it out at almost the end of the closing. It was tool late:-(
