rental mgmt fee is subject to SE tax

If you set up a management company (single member LLC) which collects management fee for the rental houses, the mgmt fee is expense for Sch E and income for the LLC. You are supposed to receive 1099-MISC for the income and report it on Sch C. You need to pay SE tax on Sch C income even with retirement contribution.
