interest and dividend are not the same.
interest is usualy from bank accounts

If the $14.81 is from stock or money market fund ......
it should be on line 9a.
Also, you should list it on Schedule B, Part II including the name of the financial institution.
Please patiently read the instruction . It is all there

only realized gain or loss needs to be reported.
