CLTV-->Combined Loan To Value Ratio.

For your scenario, this loan can be sold to fannie mae since it meets the guideline.

And the 1st loan LTV (Loan To Value Ratio) is 72%. CLTV is 90%.

It's hard to get one 900k Jumbo loan if the property value is 1 million.
