Most young professionals like to rent a single family house.

If you have a family, are you going to live in a condo? Only some starting families live in a condo, but the numbers are quite limited. Sometimes a young couple want to live in a condo too. Generally speaking, 2 BR condos are not as easy to rent out as 1 BR condos.
