Help - spider found in my rental preperty 13 months after tenan

Who is responsible to pay for treatment if spiders found in
a single family house 13 months after tenant moving in? My lease does not say. But it does say that landlord is not liable
for any damages caused by pests, including but not limited to replacement of
furniture, medications, or medical expenses.
