the tenant agreed to move in 10 days? In the first case, if they do not move, then the seller(not you) has to get police to evict them. If it's the second case, if they do not move, then the seller has to come back to the court to ask for warrant issued and served, then you need to wait for 3 more days before you(the seller, actually) can call police.
