1. what is wrong with the door frame? You can pop the trim pieces and move the J channels, but if you want to make the door opening smaller then the vinyl siding will have an ugly gap.

2. Most likely you can leave it as is. For such a small roof covered above, chance of leak is small.

3. You meant the wall on the right side of the right angle. You need to somehow check out all other beams from the craw space side to find out what caused the problem first. Since this is a pretty shallow craw space, you might get away with it by putting some pieces of concrete blocks. There are small jacks that would go into spaces under a foot tall, for about $25.
