再下一城，鸣金收兵。

Another house closed today. 3 unit all occupied house in better area and better tenants (all white) with less repair and longer terms. 

That's pretty much I can handle for the time being. Will be on a look out position to see if we are better off selling off the bad area houses and gradually move to better area. But will keep a portfolio that produces a comfortable cash income to live on.

Next week gets warmer. May take boats out the first time this year. Kid old enough that I can take them for overnight canoe camping trips.
