1. 按LEASE， 到期不交房租，你就去法院FILE EVICTION. 每个在LEASE 上的人，都要FILE. Don't leave any tenants out of the case.
2. 被告的地址就是出租房地址。
3. FILE后等法院通知。
4. 如果被告ANSER, 你就 GO TO HEARING.
5. In court room, only anwer judge's questions, no need to argure, and say too much.
6. You will win, if the tenants failed to pay the rent.
7. When you go to the court, bring the lease. Receipt book and any document that are related to your rental business.
