The best way is to figure out the ES amuont for the next year when you file the return for the current year, and pay ES on time. 现在政府穷，而且更规范了，这个查得很严了。 比如说，有的州，你若4月份的少交了5000， 1~30天是x%, 超过的天数就是 xx%了。

咱总是按时按量交ES，没被罚过，不过最近听说不少被罚的。。。
