The stock trends for heading a bankruptcy. Wondering anyone reads the company's financial statement - if it would be another Lucent: from $84 to $0.48 in two years.

The company said it owns $250 billion mortgage debts. If 50% of the $250 loan goes unpaid, Citi would have to file for bankruptcy.
