When we were in southern CA in mid 90s

All my coworkers told us: don't buy a house, buy a luxury car to enjoy your life. They got burned BADLY from their early 90s investment on houses. Those coworkers included quite a few Chinese.

As I know, some coworkers did not get the BIG house boom in recent years. Like hold a loser stock, when they saw the stock finally got break-even, they sold immediately.

What a fate! Not everyone had GUTS to suffer those pain days.
