This confusion is an expected outcome of combining

two mutually exclusive social system into one: Socialism + Capitalism. They should not combine and combining 2 mutully exclusives will yield no good outcome although temporarily some issues may be covered up, but eventually they will come out and haunt. The longer the confusion extends, the bigger the future damage will become...
