1. First, she prepared some quit claim eed form.

2. Then we signed it and get it notarized.

3. Then mail the form to the county recording office. You need to pay recording fee. Check with your county for fee.

I think the hard part for DIY is how to get the quit claim deed form. You can try to google it or buy a copy somewhere.
My lawyer did it for us. So I don't know where to get the form.
