New Year resolution

1. enjoy life more. visiting Napa and Sonoma more and try out all the tasting menu in different restaurants and vineyards.
2. reallocate additional fund to real estate(hard to do in the bay area) not for the growth but for safety.
3. grow asset while covering my kid's tuition
4. set up a plan to generate sufficient passive income from dividend portfolio and rent
