I also talked to my lawyer, and he will send you letter about the court date for this matter.

I expect to hear back from you about the refund check delivery date no later than December 25, 2013.

In CA, we have 21 days to issue the refund. I am really happy to see this pathetic family tenant go; sometimes I feel this letter is a joke and funny, but I also feel I am insulted by such a threat.
