I went to an open house in foster city today. The first

sentence the realtor talked to me is that "right now, it is the good time to buy". I asked why and he said "the govenment is bailing out the RE market by buying loans from FNM FRE". I replied, saying "have you guys ever said what and what time is not a good time to buy". hehehe.
