questions on property auction
I am interested in a condo from auction.com, and already registered to bid on it. I got some questons, hoping the experts in this forum can help?
I talked to seller agent today, he said it is bank owned property, the title is already cleared. Can I trust him? Is it normal the property is put on auction even if it is already bank owned? He also said the buyer will get grand deed, but on auction.com, it said buyer will get QuitClaim deed. If it is bank owned, does that mean I don't need to run title search?
If I am going to do title search before the auction, is the online web site trustworthy? such as ustitlerecords.com. Is it as good as the title report from title company?
