Section 8, 一母亲带三娃，月薪 1550，租还是不租，矛盾中， 求建议 ！

两个月前到手的房子装修好后放在市场上有一个月了， 只有 section 8 来问，

我 矮子中拔长子， 怎么也挑不出合适的。


我的房租是 1500/月。

房客，单身母亲，月薪 1550/月， voucher 1600/月。 she claimed she has been working as a office manager in a high school for 7 years, her salary is $1550/month, plus child support is $1000/month, she has 3 children, age of 17, 14 and 6. her oldest child goes to the coummunity college.
she pays 30% of the rent from her own pocket every month, plus utiities.


这样的房客能租吗？
