No place has unlimited land

"They don't make it anymore", as some people like to joke. Land is always limited, no matter where you are in the world.

I don't know how long you have been in Northern VA. The first time I was there was like 15 years ago. I can tell you, back then, there were "unlimited" land in Northern Virginia. Land in Manassas and Centreville were dirt cheap, even Dulles was dirt cheap. Nobody even knew Sterling back then.

I don't live in Atlanta, and have no interest in investing in Atlanta at this moment, but I want to tell you that Atlanta is a good place for long term investment.
